Apprentice Baker

Established in 2012, Rustica Sourdough Bakery delivers artisan breads and pastries baked using traditional sourdough techniques.

An excellent opportunity exists for an apprentice baker to join our team at South Yarra, before we move to our brand new manufactory in Footscray with all new, state of the art automated equipment.

To be considered for this position you must be able to demonstrate the following
- Excellent hand moulding
- Able to produce consistent doughs from scratch
- Have excellent time management/sole baking skills
- Able to work unsupervised
- Have a high standard of work ethic, be reliable and punctual
- Have a eye for detail and exceptional quality
- Relevant qualification
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure
- Possess effective communication skills

**Salary**: $46,912.41 - $77,384.76 per year
