Boasting the most impressive arsenal of equipment and services in Australia, capabilities range from marquees, flooring and furniture all the way through to technical audio-visual productions, custom fit-outs and staging / rigging for large televised events.

**THE ROLE**

As a result of exceptional growth and a successful post-covid bounce back, it's time to grow their teams They now have a newly-created role for a Scheduling & Logistics Coordinator to join their well-respected Operations Team - helping to plan and coordinate production crews, vehicles and equipment for events and exhibitions across NSW.

**$72,000 - 80,000 + super **(depending on experience)
**Located South-East Sydney**

**Reporting to the Operations Manager and in collaboration with Sales, Project Managers and Warehouse staff, a typical day may involve**:

- Planning and coordinating production crews, vehicles and equipment for successful delivery of events, expos and productions across NSW, using their in-house Scheduling software.
- Rostering and forecasting across a team of 30 staff (full-time, casual and contract) according to event briefs, budgets, and the resources needed.
- Maintaining detailed knowledge of equipment and venues.
- Managing timesheets and leave requests before submitting to payroll.
- Processing inductions and uniform requirements for new employees.
- Facilitating training and development of crew members to help progress in their careers.
- Ensuring supplier invoicing is correct and in line with work / equipment provided.
- Collaborating with Sales, Project Management and Warehousing Teams to ensure smooth operations from event brief through to event delivery.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Previous experience in a Scheduling / Logistics Coordination role **(ESSENTIAL)**:

- Knowledge of audio-visual, staging and flooring components, or technical knowledge in a similar field** (ESSENTIAL)**:

- Experience in the Events / Exhibitions industry **(PREFERRED)**:

- Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects and priorities **(ESSENTIAL)**:

- Strong IT skills, and experience using Scheduling software** (ESSENTIAL)**
