As the Garment Technician, support the technical design team overseeing fit sessions, grading, and quality control throughout development across a wide range of categories.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Create, communicate and maintain detailed technical specifications for each garment
- Specifications include technical drawings, measurements, product construction details, mockups, materials, trims, washing techniques and finishes
- Implement quality control measures to ensure that garments meet the required standards
- Ensure that the garments meet all necessary legal and ethical guidelines

**Ideally, you'll have**:

- 3 - 5+ years of experience in a similar technical design role
- Strongly skilled in developing high-quality specs, tech packs, and grading sheets
- Sound knowledge of fabrics, trims, and materials as well as garment construction and patterns
- Ability to communicate clearly and build relationships with offshore suppliers
