We have a position available for an administration trainee to join our team If you love a fast-paced environment and are looking to enhance your skills in administration this is the position for you. Limited experience is required as you will be working under close direction using established practices and procedures.

You will complete a Certificate III in Business Administration alongside onsite training reflecting current coursework.
- Be punctual and reliable
- Be willing to learn
- Have good communication skills
- Knowledge of Excel
- Be well presented
- Be organised
- Knowledge of Accounting Software (Xero preferred)
- Work well in a team environment

**Duties will include, but are not limited to**:

- Conduct administration tasks
- Maintain and update company databases
- Aid in managing venue level administration
- Printing and scanning documents
- Undertake cash up duties
- Manage office supplies stock and place orders
- Aid in managing weekly payroll and weekly financial reporting for all venues
- Other reasonable duties, taking into account your skills, experience and training as directed by your Manager
