**About the role**

We are seeking world-class educators to join the equity delivery arm, **Career Pathways and Employability Skills, to build access to further education and employment**

We currently have **three Permanent Part-Time 0.5 (17.5 hours) **teaching opportunities available at **Mount Druitt **commencing in **early 2024**

You will help, construct, guide and enhance the educative process to a diverse range of community groups. This includes people experiencing complex disadvantage, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, refugees, people with a disability, homeless people, ex offenders and low socio economic communities. In addition, you will facilitate learning by delivering world-class educational programs, enabling students to achieve their desired outcomes. In your next role, you will:

- Teach students face-to-face in community locations, classrooms and online
- Issue, mark and provide comprehensive feedback on learning and assessments tasks
- Undertake student administration, including marking registers and recording results
- Build and maintain relationships with local community, industry professionals and employers

**About You**

To be successful in this role you must have:

- Confirmation of Aboriginality
- A bachelor’s degree or a recognised relevant Degree in Education or minimum **AQF 5 Level Qualification** in a vocational area
- Minimum of three years post-qualification experience in teaching.
- Hold a TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent
- Committed to facilitate learning in an adult environment and demonstrated organisational skills
