Assistant, Property Underwriter

Make a difference as an Assistant, Property Underwriter

**YOUR ROLE**

You'll be responsible for assisting the business unit to underwrite and process Property Business in order to achieve profit, growth and retention targets in line with the strategic objectives.

Process and manage Property Policy adjustments, new business, and renewals via internal and broker platforms.

You'll also contribute to building and maintaining strong professional relationships, delivering excellent customer experiences.

Based in Perth, this a full-time permanent opportunity offers hybrid work environment and would be suitable for recent graduates, or those interested in pursuing a career in insurance.

**ABOUT YOU**

You're confident in your skills and ability to delivery outstanding customer service coupled with a high level of communication, empathy and resilience.
- Effectively able to build and maintain trusted and strong working relationships with peers, customers and business partners
- Excellent organisation and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Solution-focused and comfortable owning your own decisions
- Detail focused with the ability to problem solve effectively
- Positive and flexible mind and approach
