**The Opportunity**:
The Resource Planner is responsible for the coordination of staff rosters and for ensuring rosters are implemented and maintained in accordance with industrial guidelines and person-centred practices.
**Responsibilities**:
- Forward plan and manage the published roster into the day of operation plan.
- Ensure rosters maximise workforce cross utilisation across the business.
- Manage and maintain leave plans, absences, allowances and staff movements.
- Manage rostering data, including analysing and reporting on data as required.
- Ensure resource plans are aligned with client funding, budgets and financial KPI’s.
- Ensure all relevant compliance, legislative and regulatory requirements are met.
- Provide technical expertise in workforce planning with a best practice focus.
**To be successful in this role you will have**:
- A relevant qualification and/ or experience in rostering coordination.
- A strong customer focus and sound written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manipulate and analyse data.
- Proficient computer skills in MS Office, and strong administration skills.
- Effective report writing and verbal communication skills.
**Additionally, you will require**:
- NDIS Workers Screening Clearance.
- Unrestricted SA drivers’ licence.
- Proof of full COVID vaccination.
