Our client, is seeking an experienced and friendly
**Office Administrator | Bookkeeper | Office All Rounder | Accounts Administrator **to join their friendly, fun and small team based in High Wycombe for a permanent full-time position 8 am - 4:30 pm.
Your main duties will include:
**Office Administration and Support**
- Providing administrative support to the whole office
- General duties including mail, banking, filing, ordering of stationary and supplies
- Answering incoming calls and handling general enquiries
- Dealing with suppliers and first point of contact for walk ins
- Assisting with office compliance, updating office procedures and systems as required
**Bookkeeping and Accounts**
- Payroll
- Day to day accounts payable and receivable
- Bank reconciliations
- BAS reporting
- Any ad hoc duties as required
- Invoicing
To be successful in this busy position you will have accounts and all-round office coordination experience in a small to medium size business. You will enjoy working as an all-round office support and have a positive, flexible and adaptable working attitude. Your attitude, customer service skills, communication and presentation must be excellent. Parking provided.
Experience using MYOB is highly advantageous. Intermediate Microsoft Office is essential.
