General Labourer

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable general labourer to join our team. This role involves mixing and pouring cement into molds for drainage pits used in road construction. No previous experience is required, but a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a manufacturing environment are essential.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Mix and pour cement into various molds for drainage pits.
- Insert rebar into concrete molds to reinforce structures before pouring.
- Remove and clean concrete molds after use in preparation for the next job.
- Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Use (or learn to use) hand and power tools as needed, including drills and hammers.

**Requirements**:

- Reliability with a minimum commitment of 5 days a week; weekend work may be required.
- Typical working hours are from 6:30 AM to 3 PM, with flexibility in starting and finishing times.
- Valid driver’s license and own transport is preferred but not a MUST
- Ability to lift between 20-25 kg when necessary (most lifting is assisted by machines).
- Willingness to adhere to our PPE policies and safety protocols.
- Forklift license preferred but not essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $32.38 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 38 per week
