**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- Carry out RPAS flight operations and flight tests in compliance with the Civil Aviation Act, the Regulations and Company procedures/processes.
- Work with the RPAS Flight Test Team to establish flight test data.
- Assist with the assessment and transfer of flight test data into future flight test scenarios.
- Monitor and maintain operational standards and supervise personnel who work under the authority of the Company ReOC.
- Maintain a complete and up-to-date reference library of operational documents as required by CASA for the class of operations conducted.
- Assist with the on-going development of checklists and procedures relating to flight operations.

**Essential Skills**
- Remote Pilot Licence (RePL) Aeroplane < 25 kg.
- Remote Pilot Licence (RePL) Multi-Rotor < 25 kg.
- Minimum 3 years of experience operating commercial RPAS.
- Minimum 5 years of experience operating recreational RPAS.
- High proficiency with operating, configuring and calibrating RPAS mechanical/electronic/avionic systems.
- Demonstrated high level problem-solving, trouble shooting and communications skills.
- Demonstrated experience in a multidisciplinary RPAS environment.

**Desired Skills**
- Remote Pilot Licence (RePL) Powered Lift < 25 kg (restricted to 7kg).
- Minimum 5 years of experience operating complex recreational RPAS.

**Supplementary Requirements**
- Driver’s licence
- Willingness to obtain and maintain a Defence security clearance (Australian citizenship)
- Provision of an acceptable National Police clearance
