**What Will You Do?**
As a Knife Hand at LaManna Food Group in Tullamarine, you will play a critical role in preparing and processing meat, mainly poultry. Your responsibilities will include:

- Filleting, trimming, de-boning, portioning, and skinning fresh meat
- Operating machinery like meat slicers and band saws
- Loading and unloading meat products
- Ensuring a clean, safe workspace compliant with OH&S and food safety guidelines
