We are currently seeking a **passionate** and **dynamic Store Manager** to lead the team in **Tuggerah** to success

As the **Store Manager**, you will be responsible for creating a **positive** and **engaging** environment that reflects the brand's ethos. You will lead a team of **enthusiastic** sales associates, ensuring **exceptional customer service** and **driving sales growth**. Your main responsibilities will include:

- **Store Operations**: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, cash management, and visual merchandising. Maintain store cleanliness and organization to provide an inviting shopping atmosphere.
- **Team Leadership**: Inspire and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Provide guidance, coaching, and ongoing training to develop the skills and knowledge of your team.
- **Customer Experience**: Foster a customer-centric culture by ensuring that every customer receives personalized attention, styling advice, and a memorable shopping experience. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and brand loyalty.
- **Inventory Management**: Ensure accurate stock levels by monitoring inventory, coordinating with the head office for replenishment, and conducting regular stock audits. Implement effective loss prevention measures
