**Warehouse Coordinator Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and oversee all activities in the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
- Maintained accurate inventory records by conducting regular stock checks, reconciling discrepancies, and updating the inventory management system.
- Ensure the warehouse is organized and clean, following proper safety and security measures.
- Oversee the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring proper handling and storage to prevent damage or loss.
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures to optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor and maintain equipment and machinery in the warehouse, arranging for repairs or replacements as needed.
- Prepare and generate regular reports on warehouse activities, including inventory levels, productivity, and performance metrics.

**Warehouse Coordinator Required Skills**
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to spot discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.

**Required Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience working in a warehouse or similar role.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in a warehouse setting.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills for inventory tracking and record-keeping.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings, as required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. (Manuel Licence Preferable)

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $24.59 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability
