We are seeking a Vendor and Procurement Specialist to deliver world class vendor management to our customers as part of the Kotahi Vendor Management Team. You will be part of a high performing team working directly within the local Pro Kinetics offices in Melbourne.

Key responsibilities that you will own and deliver include:

- Drive achievement of our goals in relation to agreements made with our carriers and suppliers. Execute the agreed direction and improving levels of engagement. Contribute to and support the implementation of new initiatives to drive improved customer engagement, satisfaction and value.
- Ownership as a business partner to our Planning, Optimisation and Operations teams to ensure our short-, medium
- and long-term plans and execution are of the utmost quality. This ownership extends from day-to-day tactical BAU work, through to longer term planning and understanding with our vendors.
- Provide SME guidance to Kotahi teams to assist with strategic planning and resource deployment and plans, enable continuous improvement of processes and systems.
- Cultivate a customer-centric and performance-based environment within the wider team.
- Continuous improvement within the vendor team to drive better outcomes for ourselves and for carriers.
- Ownership as a business partner to the customer team. This ownership includes driving the needs and wants from a customer / demand perspective that is in line with supply plans and strategy.
- Drive the gathering and modelling of market data / info to make recommendations to the wider team to ensure best possible execution, and customer experience. Develop and maintain a high performing team with clear understanding of Kotahi’s customer centric journey, purpose, values and mission.

You will be a strong communicator, with the ability to form effective, genuine relationships with various stakeholders. You'll be systems savvy, and have excellent data analysis skills that will see you able to analysis and solve data discrepancies between different sources and able to identify and articulate trends to various audiences. Seeking out solutions and identifying opportunities for improvement, particularly for our customers will be a key strength.

This is a full-time, permanent role.
