The Getta Family is looking for a new Manager / Assistant Manager to base at our Bridgeman Downs location. We are flexible with hours - Full time or Part time.
This is a role suited to an individual who is not afraid to get their hands dirty but also has a strong passion about driving business essentials such as customer service and product quality. The ability to self-start and also set clear direction for others will be key, along with following through business objectives to closure point.
Daily Duties
- Stock ordering and rosters
- Stocktakes and Cash management
- Ensure stores are set up for peak service periods
- Follow up on any customer complaints received
- Ensure completion of training and verification guides
- Ongoing recruitment and building of your team
- Ongoing cultural impact
- Most importantly, making awesome burgers and having loads of fun doing it
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Solid experience in food retail and a similar management role or Assistant Manager/Team Lead role and ready to take that next step.
- Problem solving skills and the ability to think on your feet, and form meaningful solutions
- A passion for great customer service
- Good food and product quality knowledge
- A passion for the Getta Burger brand and the ability to display and promote the energy and enthusiasm associated with the brand

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
