I have been engaged by a nationally recognised Construction firm based in Sydney's South. They are looking for an Accounts Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis with a view to becoming permanent

You will be part of a diverse and collaborative team supporting the business in the Accounts Payable Function. 70% of the role will be Accounts Payable Duties and 30% of the role will be other Accounts and Administration duties. Your duties will include but are not limited to job costing and coding, invoicing and assisting with bookkeeping.

**The Role**
- Ensure the day-to-day operation of the Accounts Payable functions across the company
- High volume Accounts Payable invoice processing at a project/cost centre level
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors and project managers
- General administration duties and Office management duties such as ordering stationary, booking of rental vehicles and flights
- Reconciliation of E-toll accounts, fuel cards and Bunnings cards
- Answer all incoming phone calls to the switchboard
- Assist with other duties as directed
- Support month end processes, including month end cashflow forecast, recurring journals, bank reconciliations and credit card reconciliations as role progresses
