**About the role**

We have an excellent opportunity for a **Test Analyst**, who will be responsible for creating and executing test plans and test cases. This will include managing defects and producing test summary reports in order to deliver impactful outcomes.

Moreover, this role will be responsible for determining the impact of marketing efforts on sales, brand awareness, and customer engagement.

This will also include:

- Ensuring that testing tasks are completed to a high standard and within the agreed timeframes
- Working with the delivery team to determine testing requirements and execute as defined in test acceptance criteria
- Developing and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure expectations are understood and outcomes are met

**About you**
- Experience in retail e-commerce testing or marketing would be highly desirable
- Strong understanding of agile delivery methodology
- The ability to adhere to the operational requirements of test strategies, approaches, and methodologies
- Excellent communication skills with a strong customer focus and solution mindset
- Agile/Scrum Certification is desirable
