We are looking for a
- ** **Site Quantity Surveyor. In this role, you will act as a primary focus for project quantity surveying for a specific fast track project.**In this role, you will undertake the following duties**:

- Monitor progress at the fabrication yard and on site ensure that where applicable claims for recovery of loss and expense are submitted timeously and agreed with client
- Carry out monthly measure on site and prepare in term evaluation to include all values relating to labor materials management, plant and equipment and escalation
- Highlight to the Project Controls Manager areas in which target productivity is not being achieved by means of a weekly report
- Actively participate in the Project Change Management process and develop RoM and detailed estimates were required
- Measure works against the Target Cost Estimate and provide the associated reporting
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time
- Support Project Controls Manager in maintaining project management documentation
- Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related results in a cooperative and supportive manner
- Liaise with the Project and Contractor Teams to ensure consistent basis for all project costs/plans
