**In this job you will**:
Join the Solutions Design team as a Solutions Design Superuser. In a fast-paced environment, where every day is different, you'll have the autonomy to make decisions and be able to continually grown professionally. Use your talents to support a committed team to greatness and drive the future of logistics, using the latest technology.
- Support the business as a superuser within solutions design
- Hands on building and supporting warehouse solutions during the coming Manhattan migration
- Support local operations to deliver continuous improvements across all sites/sectors
- Drive best practice and current standards
- Educate and support new business and startups

**You have the following qualities & qualifications**:

- Technical skills translating warehouse processes into solutions
- Oracle skills required
- Understanding of WMS, Manhattan or SAP
- Ability to build strong stakeholder engagement
- Excellent communication skills
- Have the ability to become a change manager
- Be self-managed and an influencer
