**About the position**:
We are in search for a Workroom Coordinator, to join our Production team at Head office. To ensure that our brand continuously meet Luxury expectations and to navigate quality fit, for our ready to wear collection.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Providing product technical input and construction expertise to ensure the product meets the highest quality standards
- Measuring garments at each fit stage and advising comments on construction and quality
- Creating and updating garment technical packs and advising comments before and after garments are sent to suppliers
- Manage all care labels for each style and garment
- Bulk inspection reports
- Reviewing garments and returns to achieve measurable improvement
- Organising the fit schedule and communicate this to the team

- Meticulous and passionate individual
- A keen eye for identifying opportunity
- Proven problem solving skills
- Expertise in garment construction, good understanding of pattern making and grading
- Intermediate Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook and Word) and PLM software
- Experience in successfully maintaining the design concept
- A relevant tertiary education in fashion or equivalent
