Our Active Monash Leisure Centre is seeking an enthusiastic Maintenance & Compliance Coordinator to join the team on a permanent full time basis.

**About the Position**:
The Coordinator, Compliance & Maintenance is responsible for ensuring operation of the Centre, ensuring that the centre mechanical and structural systems are able to facilitate the provision of services and activities.

In addition, the Coordinator, Compliance & Maintenance is responsible for the provision of training to the Duty Manager team on the management of the water filtration, water quality standards, chemical management, incident reporting and risk management.

**About You**:
Proven experience in OH&S or Operations Management in the recreation industry

Well-developed problem-solving and complaint resolution abilities

Ability to manage technical plant and equipment, and conduct analysis of water

Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills

Well-developed problem-solving and complaint resolution abilities

**Requirement of the position**:
Aquatic Technical Operators Certificate;
Current Level 2 First Aid;
Employee Working with Children’s Check;
Satisfactory National Police Check; and

Other pre-employment checks may be required depending on the role requirements.
