Opportunity for a Mandarin speaking Property Manager to join this highly successful & motivated team in stunning brand new offices in Alexandria. They support & reward their staff for their dedicatioon and hard work, taking pride themselves on having high staff retention and always working as a team. They offer their clients the highest standards of service and are hugely successful in commerical & residential sales and property management.

**The Role**:
Join a highly successful property management department as a Property Manager with tasks including:

- 180 managements split dependent on experience, full leasing & accounts support
- Arrears, rent reviews and renewals
- Ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections
- Repairs and maintenance
- Liaising with tenants and landlords
- Leasing and admin support in the office
- Monday - Friday, with the option to work Saturday
- Leasing commissions paid if performing own leasing

**Skills and Experience**:

- MUST BE MANDARIN or CANTONESE Speaking
- The abiity to work proactively & independently
- Minimum 12 months experience as a property officer, leasing or property manager
- Certificate of Registration
- Immaculately presented
- Customer focused
- Great team player
- Highly organised and a good communicator
- Reliable car and drivers licence
