**The Appointment**
Reporting to the inspiring People and Culture Director, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely HR services, and support in technical recruitment services using methodical, professional skills, on a range of specific recruitment policies, programs and practices. Functions of the role include:
- Work with hiring managers and panel groups to build and implement recruitment solutions in line with business needs and recruitment budgets
- Identify, develop and implement new recruitment policies, practices and programs to meet organisational needs as required.
- Provide end to end services covering talent acquisition and selection including job ad creation, market trend analysis, interviewing, referencing, reporting
- Coordinate, support and deliver on aspects of the employee lifecycle including the end-to-end recruitment process, and induction and onboarding practices
**The Appointee**
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in Information Technology recruitment or Human Resources, coupled with a relevant Tertiary qualification
- Demonstrated knowledge of the technology space and programming languages which support the IT industry (front and back end, devops, full stack, UX, UI)
- High attention to detail and ability to prepare documentation and advice in line with relevant situational requirements of a reactive role
- Relationship management, excellent communication skills and highly service orientated
