**Start date**: January 2023

**Location**: CBD Locations from January for training purposes. Then new Box Hill location from February (ongoing)

**Purpose of your role**
Hub’s Hospitality Lead will deliver truly exceptional hospitality experiences to members and guests by leading a high performing, professional team, following prescribed service standards and constantly seeking to go above and beyond for every guest.

**_Key Areas of Responsibility_**
- Develop and maintain outstanding relationships with members and guests to ensure we deliver a truly outstanding hospitality experience
- Making consistently amazing coffee
- Lead and motivate the hospitality team, ensuring all prescribed service standards, policies, and procedures are followed and respond to productivity issues as required
- Coordinate and deliver consistently amazing serviced meeting, events, and catering experiences
- Undertake initial and ongoing training with the hospitality team
- Oversee stock and loose items management; maintain efficient operational stock levels, minimise and record wastage and breakages, coordinate ordering and liaison with suppliers, process daily invoices, and stocktake as requested
- Maintain excellent functional relationships with suppliers
- Oversee cleanliness and organisation of serviced meeting spaces and café areas by maintaining daily and weekly cleaning checklists
- Ad-hoc and regular reporting to the Hospitality Manager

**About You**:

- Happy to take on a perm Full time position with no weekend work
- Be able to create exceptional barista quality coffee
- 2+ years cafe experience
- Experience in on the go food preparation and table service experience
- Experience with operational elements of a cafe (Budgets, ordering, stock control)
- Hospitality knowledge and enthusiasm for providing the best customer service to members.
