**OVERVIEW**
Our Federal Government client is currently seeking experienced Service Delivery Officers to join their team at the APS4 level. Within this role you will provide a range of administrative duties and support to various stakeholders, including offering and executing the Departments Agreements.
**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Work efficiently and with accuracy following set processes and standard operating procedures.
- Quality check grant documents and provide clear advice to Round Coordinators on errors and discrepancies between sources.
- Support the grant approval and execution process by providing clear recommendations to the delegate in relation to differing funding arrangements (for example, deeds of variation, notices of change, new agreements, novations, terminations).
- Once approved by a delegate, offer (send) accurate agreement documents to the correct grant recipient, and save files on relevant corporate systems.
- Receive and process signed agreements
- Following execution by a delegate, finalise requests and documents.
- Maintain workload databases to provide internal and external reporting.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities, including training (on the job and formal)
- Through the above, contribute to team achievement of Key Performance Indicators.
**EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS**
- The ability to work collaboratively with a team as well as good interpersonal skills, good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrate positivity and a solution-focused way of working to achieve results
- Well-developed communication skills including the ability to adapt communication to the audience
- The ability to manage multiple priorities
- Relevant skills to be an effective user of Microsoft Office suite products, especially Excel and Word and the ability to learn internal programs
- The capability to conduct data analysis of information used by external stakeholders to collate and produce various documentation, including data entry with excellent attention to detail
