**Skills and Experiences**:
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- 3+ years of supervisory experience, with a knack for leadership.
- Level, raise, and stabilize sunken and moving concrete in buildings, roadways, and bridges.
- Conduct concrete remediation, repair, and patching tasks.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Thrive in high-pressure environments, consistently meeting deadlines.
- Uphold our commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Demonstrate unwavering dedication to safety, serving as a role model for safe behaviours.
- Flexibility to travel interstate and offshore as needed.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent problem-solving skills, coupled with proven supervisory abilities.

**Requirements**:

- Valid unrestricted C Class Driver's Licence.
- HR Licence desirable.
- White Card certification.

RIW (Rail Industry Worker) Ticket.
