Requirements:
1. Experience: We are looking for scaffolders with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the industry. Your experience should include working on a variety of projects, both commercial and residential, showcasing your ability to adapt to different environments and requirements.

2. Skills: You should possess a strong understanding of scaffolding techniques, materials, and safety regulations. Your ability to interpret construction plans and blueprints will be essential in executing precise scaffolding installations. Additionally, proficiency in using scaffolding equipment and tools is necessary.

3. Safety Conscious: Safety is our top priority, and we expect all our scaffolders to adhere to strict safety protocols. You should have a deep understanding of safety guidelines and regulations, ensuring that all scaffolding structures are built to the highest standards.

4. Team Player: Collaboration and effective communication are essential in our fast-paced work environment. We are looking for scaffolders who can work well in a team, coordinating with other tradespeople and project managers to ensure smooth operations.
