**The Opportunity**

We're looking for an experienced Program Supervisor/Senior Psychologist or someone looking for that step up and next stage in their career who has a background in leadership.

This role ensures the successful delivery of Multisystemic Therapy - child abuse and neglect (MST-CAN) to children, young people and their families in the MacArthur/Ingleburn area.

MST-CAN is an internationally recognised program for families who have come to the recent attention of child protection services due to physical abuse and/or neglect. Designed to treat 6-17-year-olds and their families and is proven to keep them together, ensure children and young people are safe, prevent abuse and neglect, reduce mental health difficulties experienced by adults and children and increase natural social supports to reduce risk of entering out-of-home care.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
**Essential Qualifications**
- Experienced Masters level registered Psychologist, Psychologist with doctoral qualification, or
- A relevant Master’s degree in other related discipline (i.e. Social Work) with at least 5 plus years clinical experience.

**Desirable Requirements**
- Post graduate qualifications in Clinical, Counselling or Developmental Psychology.
- Clinical experience and training in behavioural, cognitive behavioural, and pragmatic family therapies such as structural or strategic family therapy, and parent-child behaviour management and have the capacity to conceptualise cases from an ecological or systems perspective, value treating the entire family, value use of evidence-based strategies.
- You'll be part of a collaborative and supportive work culture and operate in an environment underpinned by integrity and honesty.
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of, and contribute to, a person centred team.
- Facilitate good working relationships with all services of OzChild, the clients, their families and other people significant to the client.
- Undertake all interactions with clients, families and co-workers in a culturally sensitive manner and take appropriate account of cultural and linguistic diversity.
- Attend client, staff related meetings, workshops, conferences and training as required.
- Ensure privacy and confidentiality are upheld at all times.
- Be familiar and comply with OzChild policies, procedures and other work instructions as updated from time to time.
- Represent OzChild and our services in a positive manner at forums, meetings and training with external agencies.
- Assist in the development of continuous improvement and service accountability initiatives as needed.

- Salary packaging $ 15,900 plus the ability to salary package also meals & entertainment of $ 2650.00
