**The Role**

As a Labourer, you will play an integral part in our client's manufacturing process, participating in a high-performance team environment to fabricate trailers, with an emphasis on efficiency, effectiveness, and top-tier quality work.

**Responsibilities**
- Undertake general labouring work as directed, including assembling, preparing, cutting, grinding, drilling, etc.
- Operate hand and power tools, cranes, and other equipment as required.
- Maintain a strong commitment to safe working practices.
- Execute tasks accurately, safely, and within set timeframes.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organisation.
- Collaborate effectively within a team and work independently when required.
- Support management initiatives and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Strive for continual improvement to meet the company's quality standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Experience in heavy manufacturing is highly desirable.
- Demonstrable technical/functional expertise.
- Mechanical or Electrical Assembly Experience desirable
- Strong Mechanical Aptitude and ability to read drawings
- Self-motivated and driven, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in the Manufacturing and/or Heavy Industry is highly desirable.
