We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified **Watchmaker** based at SEIKO's Workshop in **Macquarie Park**. The Watchmaker position specialises in repairing watches to factory specifications whilst ensuring quality standards.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Servicing of watches, movements both mechanical and quartz to the quality standard as set out by the manufacturer.
- To carry out minor repairs of watches.
- Ordering spare parts.
- Assist customers on the phone with technical information.
- Carry out movement exchanges.
- Undertake band adjustments on replacement watches.
- Replacement of batteries of Warehouse Stock.
- Undertake cleaning duties of the equipment room.
- Pack and unpack watch repairs storage cabinets.
- Engraving/Personalisation Service as required.
- Other duties as required.
