**About Us & the Role**

With 25 years in banking/finance experience, we aim to provide our clients with the best service and rates in the market today. You will be a loan writer and will be part of our Broker Program.

**About the Position**

Full Time, Part Time, or Casual (Commission Only)

We are seeking individuals interested in becoming a mortgage broker while working either full time or part time. This opportunity for those who are experienced in loan writing and seek to become a mortgage broker and learn the ropes of the finance industry.

We require you to have at least one year experience in loan writing for residential, car, personal or business lending (preferred residential).

**The program**
- Provide two years mentorship in the broker industry. Understanding policies and procedures of all lenders.
- Learning how to overcome certain scenarios that brokers may come across.
- Free of cost
- Depending if you are full time, part time or casual, we will require you to attend the office on all days of work (Hybrid after 3 months).

**Remuneration**
- We offer a competitive commission structure which will be based on your work efficiency and outcomes. (Commission base only)
- We will provide mentorship to you until you are ready to enter the broker world

**Skills and Experiences**:

- Strong customer service skills and experience with dealing with customers either face to face or phone.
- Time management as you will be writing loans and setting expectations to clients.
- Ability to present financial solutions to clients clearly and effectively, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently.
- A high level of attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Be a self-motivator and a team player.
- Be able to manage loan requests coming in from the internal system if no broker has capacity.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
