**The Opportunity**

Come and discover the opportunity to join our team at our Western Sydney Service Centre as a **Process Specialist - Mechanical Fitter (Operator/Trade)**.

Working with Bluescope’s newest paint line, featuring modern equipment and automated process’ throughout the facility, you’ll be working with premium COLORBOND® products. As an operator, you’ll contribute to exceeding our customers expectations by working proactively and flexibly with our operations and maintenance teams. You will also utilise your mechanical trade experience and knowledge to work through breakdowns and down downs.

Working in a supportive team environment, you will perform a variety of tasks throughout shift, including operating machinery, equipment troubleshooting, plant setups and isolations with a strong focus on safety and quality.

This position works a 12-hour rotating day and night shift, 5 days a week. When you join our team, we offer access to our Employee Assistant Provider, and annual flu vaccinations.

**What Will You Do?**

In this varied role located in** Erskine Park, NSW**, you will:

- successfully contribute to a safe working environment
- review and report on the performance and condition of the equipment
- work collaboratively with cross functional teams to improve the efficiency of equipment
- collaborate with cross functional teams about plant and equipment issues
- ensure our quality products meet customers’ expectations and requirements
