Our client, a small private dental clinic, is seeking a part
- time Receptionist to join their friendly team. This position will require you to be available
**Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.** You must be flexible with start times, as you may be required to start at 6:30am, depending on the Dr's appointments.

As a Dental Receptionist, you are the friendly face that welcomes patients into our client’s dental family. Your role is vital in ensuring the practice runs smoothly and efficiently.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Efficiently manage appointment bookings, ensuring patients receive the best care precisely when they need it.
- Navigate Genie medical software like a pro, streamlining administrative tasks.
- Quote patients for treatments and handle invoicing, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and sterilized environment to uphold our high standards of safety and hygiene.
- Assist in dental operations when needed.

- **Flexibility**: If you're adaptable and reliable, you're exactly who our clients are looking for. Ideally, able to work from Tuesday to Thursday, sometimes as early as 6.30 am.
- **Customer Service Guru**: Excellent customer service is at the heart of everything they do. You'll be the first point of contact for their patients, so outstanding communication skills and a genuine desire to help are essential.
- **Dental Knowledge (Desired)**: While not mandatory, having some background or familiarity with dental practices will be a definite advantage. Show them your passion for dental care, and they’ll provide opportunities for growth
- **Tech-Savvy**: Experience with Genie medical software (or similar) will give you a head start in acing this role.
- **Adaptable and Quick to Learn**: Dentistry is constantly evolving, and so are we. We need someone who embraces change, is open to learning, and can handle new challenges with a smile.
