**Job Description**:
In this role you will use your skills to build robust solutions, empowering global growth for our clients. You’ll bring your unique background to an agile, flexible team that’s disrupting the mobility industry, equipped with the resources and experience of an industry leader. And you’ll cultivate deep expertise by collaborating closely with clients and making a real impact on their global reach and operations.

As an Associate in the Tax and Managed Services team at Vialto, your specific duties may include:

- delivering insights and top quality technical advice on mobility tax consideration, through research and planning;
- assisting to manage a portfolio of clients and establishing trusting a long term relationships;
- ensuring that tax forms and related schedules are provided to the tax authorities are accurate, complete and can be trusted;
- assisting in the management of mobility programs and relationships, including being a primary contact with assignees and with the client’s management team (HR & Tax);
- be responsible for the preparation and delivery of accurate cost projection calculations and other related assignment documentation;
- conduct assignment and tax briefings for our client’s globally mobile employees; and
- ability to identify key factors impacting the return on investment and program efficiency for clients and be able to present ideas for program improvements.

The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000.

**Qualifications**:
We’re looking for someone who can operate effectively in a collaborative manager that transcends geographical and cultural boundaries.

The following attributes are important to the team:

- Degree qualification/s, with strong technical skills across a range for individual and employment tax matters.
- Being able to manage client expectations and delivery of services to mobile employees of corporate clients.
- Confidence in dealing with clients and demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships.
- A history of working on a portfolio of engagements and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team to manage client deliverables and to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong verbal communication skills and an ability to communicate with impact to both internal and external clients and staff.
- Strong client service mindset and experience in dealing with clients across a range of industry specialisations.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills advantageous.
- Experience with mobility related technology platforms and data visualization technologies favourably considered.
