**The Role**:
Working in a professional yet fun working environment, there currently is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Body Corporate Manager to join their successful Management team.

You will be responsible for managing a mixed portfolio which include a number of large, high end buildings.

**Duties will include but not be limited to**:

- Liaising with Owners Corporation as required
- Arrange quotations and repairs and maintenance for works required
- Prepare agendas and minutes for meeting
- Prepare budgets for presentations to AGMs
- Convene and conduct meetings

**In order to be considered for the role, you will need to demonstrate the following**:

- A minimum of 3 years Body Corporate Management experience
- Experience across a variety of schemes
- Maturity, strong communication skills and team player
- The ability to multi task and be professional in all aspects of strata management.
- Experience managing high end clientele
- Experience managing a team
