Monbeef, a leading provider of high-quality meat products, is currently seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to lead our team of Cleaners at our state-of-the-art processing facility in Cooma, NSW. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable company and kick-start your career in the food processing industry.

Job Description

In this role, you will:

- Lead and motivate a small Cleaning team, ensuring team development and training.
- Clean and sanitise our operational areas, ensure all team members are following established protocols and safety guidelines.
- Remove waste and debris, ensuring proper disposal and adherence to waste management procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of equipment, tools, and surfaces to ensure a safe working environment.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate department.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations to create a hazard-free workplace.

To be successful in the role, you won't need experience, but you will need:

- Australian working rights
- The ability to give clear direction and lead a small team
- To be motivated and reliable with a strong work ethic
- To be able to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Physical fitness to perform tasks involving standing, bending, and lifting.
