This award-winning residential builder is looking for a skilled Site Foreman to join their Sydney division. High-end residential projects valued from $10M to $20M.

**ABOUT THE COMPANY.**
This established and reputable builder is well known for delivering bespoke high-end, new build residential projects across Sydney. With over 20 years’ experience, they specialise in award winning luxury residential and multi-residential projects valued from $10M to $20M. Their projects showcase sleek and efficient design elements which have been intricatly crafted by their in-house team of well-renowned Australian architects. Due to prosperous growth plans, they are seeking a Site Foreman to oversee the delivery of luxury new build residential projects across the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.

**ABOUT THE POSITION.**
As the Site Foreman, you will report directly to the Site Manager to supervise on-site construction operations. You will be working on upcoming projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are in line with WHS compliance requirements and delivered on time. You'll be supported by a well-resourced team which consists of a Project Manager, Contracts Administrator, Site Manager, Leading Hand, and Cadet.

**DUTIES.**
- Oversee the day to day running of project site
- WHS Management and compliance
- Subcontractor Management and programme management
- Structures and finishes focus
- Toolbox talks, site inductions, and more

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.**
- Trade qualification
- Demonstrated project experience in the residential sector
- Showcase a strong track record of stability with previous employers
- High-end residential experience is highly preferable
