Sales Representative

The **bakery and pastry shop salesperson** plays a real social role. It is an integral part of the animation of local shops.

Your role is to advise clients, taking into account their needs and preferences. This means that the **bakery-pastry seller** is required to know the ingredients, the shelf life, the manufacturing process, the taste of the products sold. Being greedy in this profession is a plus

**As the bakery and pastry shop salesperson** you are the guarantor of customer loyalty through your attitude and your advice. Also, you can set up animation actions around a product and promotions, to be attentive to stocks to reduce the loss of goods.

**As the bakery salesperson** you are a major influence on the shop’s turnover, so you are responsible for offering an additional sale to the customer. You are also responsible for acquiring new customers.

**Qualities that we look for**:
Good interpersonal skills as well as excellent commercial flair. Because of your proximity to customers, you should also be in a good mood and smiling.

You must be particularly dynamic, with good management of emotions when faced with peaks in activity and unpleasant customers.

You must be punctual, creative and reliable.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
