We’re excited to offer a unique opportunity for a dynamic Salon Leader/2IC to join our team in Ipswich.

**Role Snapshot**:
As a key player in our business, you'll take on two crucial roles: Salon Leader and 2IC to the Store Leader. You’ll play a vital role in our store and salon's success by:

- Coaching, training and developing the team
- Making sure every client leaves feeling amazing
- Collaborating with the Store Leader to oversee daily operations
- Delivering outstanding customer service

This is a full-time position, with a set Tuesday to Saturday roster. Thursday night availability is required.

**Qualifications**:

- Certified qualifications in hairdressing
- Leadership or business management experience preferred
- Salon education experience a benefit
