**About the role**

An exciting new opportunity exists for you, as a Financial Analyst to join the Finance team at the NSW Crown Solicitor’s Office (CSO).

This role is for a Financial Analyst to collect and analyse financial data, complete forecasts and budgets and to effectively communicate their findings to support decision-making within the organization.

You are to contribute to completion of month-end and year-end accounting tasks and production of monthly and periodic financial reports and support a robust and consistent approach to financial management and reporting across the CSO.

**Key knowledge and experience**
- Tertiary qualifications in Commerce or Finance or Economics and/or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience with demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Two or more years experience in a commercial and/or professional services environment.

**Essential requirements**
- CA/CPA qualified with current professional membership.
- You have a current knowledge of regulations complying to Financial Government acts and Australian Accounting Standards.
- You can work under pressure and always advise based on sound evidence.
- You have the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
