We are seeking a talented and passionate Product Designer to join our growing team and play a crucial role in shaping the visual and interactive aspects of our products. You will collaborate closely with designers, product owners, and other stakeholders to craft a cohesive and compelling user-interfaces that aligns with our brand values and resonates with our users.

**What you will do**:
- Develop intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our digital products, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable user experience.
- Utilise best practices in UI design, keeping up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Conduct user research/usability testing to understand the needs, behaviours, and pain points of our target audience to inform design decisions.
- Ensure that the UI is responsive, adapting designs to accommodate various screen sizes and orientations, and also designing for platform-specific apps such as iOS and Android.
- Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate the functionality and animations.
- Work closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of design components.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and align design solutions with business goals.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and improve designs.
- Advocate for user-centred design principles and ensure that design decisions are rooted in user needs and business objectives.
- Participate in design sprints, workshops, and brainstorming sessions to foster a collaborative and creative design culture.
- Develop wireframes and prototypes to outline the layout and functionality, providing a blueprint for development and stakeholders.
**What you will bring**:
- A minimum of 3 years experience as a Product Designer, with a strong focus on UI design.
- A portfolio showcasing a range of UI design projects and the ability to explain design decisions.
- Solid understanding of user-centred design principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design concepts and rationale.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving project requirements.
- Experience with designing for platform-specific apps such as iOS and Android is desirable.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
**Desirable qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 3-5 years experience is preferred.
**Bonus points if you also have**:
- Sports & Gambling knowledge advantageous
- Cryptocurrency knowledge would be advantageous
- Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Jira & Intercom
