Fantastic opportunity for an Experience Dental Receptionist in Neutral Bay, brand new, state of the art dental practice, on Sydney’s Lower North Shore.
**Duties will include but not limited to**:
- Meet and greet patients
- Answering patient calls
- Process payments and manage patient accounts
- Handle patient appointments, and records
- Ensure procedures are followed correctly
- Managing the recall system
**Successful applicants will have the following**:
- Have exceptional organisational and communication skills
- Self motivated
- Have a professional presentation
- Be caring and “patient focused” ensuring service and personalised patient care is a priority
- Good understanding of the dental industry
- 38 hours over 4 days Approx 8am-6pm Monday
- Thursday
- Salary depends on experience $28-$38 p/hr
