**POSITION PURPOSE**
As an Analyst within the firm’s Corporate Finance division, you will provide your team and its stakeholders with support by preparing and contributing towards key advice and guidance across a range of corporate finance and consulting services.

In this role, you will provide your internal and external stakeholders with exceptional client service by ensuring all work prepared by you is of a high standard and delivered promptly. Your manager will require you to contribute to recommendations regarding client issues and complete allocated work accurately while achieving budgeted targets. Your manager will expect you to start implementing what you are learning as you continue to grow and develop as a professional.

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Proactively establish, develop and maintain positive relationships with existing clients and stakeholders, including acting as the primary contact where required.
- Preparing written communication for clients and discussing business shortcomings with clients.
- Preparation of primary and secondary research in form of presentations and reports by effectively utilising organisations' resources and databases available.
- Analyse current business models, systems and structures by reviewing existing company data and proposing methods and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Assist in providing lead advisory, strategy and exit planning services to clients with solutions developed specifically for their business.
- Summarising financial information, analysing and evaluating current business structures & systems, creating financial models and drafting company evaluations.
- Analysing and producing business pitch decks, information memorandum, and financial reports and preparing budgets for clients.
- Preparation of reports highlighting business opportunities and organisational growth for distribution to the company's C-level management executives.
- Analyse workflow charts, historical records, annual reports, manuals and job descriptions of businesses while undertaking due diligence.
- Working on other diverse consulting assignments and projects, including - costing & budgeting, SWOT and market analysis, database maintenance, etc.
- Assist with client queries and administrative and clerical tasks (e.g. completing client engagement letters and new proposals).
- Prepare presentations/proposals highlighting analysis of the client’s current business strategy, procedures and methods. Provide recommendations to improve workflow leading to further developments in business strategy.
- Refer and direct clients towards more efficient teams/organisations (internally & externally), helping them with developing solutions to business problems.
- Assist in implementing manuals/templates that define workflow procedures, engagement phases and other documentation.
