School Infrastructure NSW (SINSW) is delivering new school buildings, major upgrades and maintenance strategies to ensure every school-aged child has access to high quality education facilities at their local public school. This encompasses the largest investment in public education infrastructure in the history of NSW.

**About the role**
In your role you will provide advice and support on a range of environment management and compliance matters.

The role supports and enables school project teams to deliver high quality fit for purpose learning environments within existing schools, new schools and upgrades to school assets.

Your expertise will enable you to effectively engage with a range of internal and external stakeholders to facilitate positive stakeholder engagement which you will achieve through a highly collaborative approach seeing you succeed in building strong working relationships. Your communication skills will see you provided effective advice to teams across the organisation while balancing competing demands and priorities to deliver agreed work assignments within required deadlines.

**Essential requirements of the role**
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in compliance, safety, environmental management or a related field and/or equivalent experience.

**Key knowledge and experience**
- Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department’s Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department’s Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.

**About you**
- Juggle conflicting demands and priorities in order to complete agreed-upon tasks in a timely manner.
- Interpret and communicate complicated technical concepts and information.
- Engage in communication and consultation with internal and external stakeholders to promote effective stakeholder engagement and results-driven compliance.
