With a new project kicking off on the Northern Beaches, they are in search of a Foreman specialising in structures to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with an experienced Site Manager on a prestigious £40 million mixed-use development. This project includes 38 high-end apartments along with dedicated retail and commercial spaces.

**What They're Looking For**:
Proven capability in managing the structural aspects of projects valued between £20 million and £80 million.
Solid hands-on experience in overseeing medium to large-scale commercial and residential construction projects from start to finish.
A thorough understanding of the construction trades, supported by practical experience working for a reputable builder in Sydney.
A solid grasp of OH&S regulations and ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to.
The ability to interpret technical drawings with accuracy.
