**Salary**:$106,025 pa to $117,363 pa, plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading**

**Your role**

This is a full-time ongoing role reporting to the Manager Housing Reporting team. The team is responsible for reporting on social housing and is central to providing high level support to the Director, Organisational Performance in FACS Insights, Analysis and Research.

As an Analyst you will perform a range of specialised reporting and analysis in relation to social housing operations, including a range of monthly and quarterly performance reports and high-volume ad hoc requests. You will work closely with other business units and must have the ability to communicate effectively and tailor communication to the audience.

**What you’ll do**

You will use your extensive knowledge and data analytic skills, to prepare, coordinate and analyse a range of reports and data to inform and enable DCJ Homes NSW to fulfill its service delivery objectives.

Working within the Housing Reporting Team, you will perform functions in multiple work streams including:

- Undertaking extraction, reporting and data analysis on internal data sets to prepare management and operational reports.
- Investigating data quality issues and implementing processes to cleanse and improve source data.
- Documenting data extraction and reporting methodologies to ensure that processes can be replicated, and underlying assumptions are transparent.
- Tailoring communication to the needs of other business units.

**What we’re looking for**
- Tertiary qualifications in a quantitative discipline or equivalent experience;
- Demonstrated experience in data extraction, analysis and visualisation;
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and SAP Business Objects and Web Intelligence;
- Knowledge of DCJ housing systems (HOMES) and housing processes;
- Experience in working in Access & Demand and/or Tenancy Teams.
