**The Opportunity**

Bring your experience in front-line customer service and excellent administrative and communication skills to the role of Readings Officer.

As the Readings Officer you will be responsible for the delivery of professional administrative services to support the effective operation of the Readings service.

This includes performing a range of activities relating to creating and updating course readings, managing digitised content and metadata quality control, providing sound and timely advice and support to stakeholders, and delivering effective processes and documentation.

In this position, you will work within the Library Technologies, Discovery and Access team and also provide support to projects and events and undertake a variety of general duties to meet the operational demands of the Collections and Technology Division.

To succeed in this role you will be highly organised with strong attention to detail, excellent communication and administrative skills, and demonstrated computer literacy.
