Supply Chain Planning Officer

**About the Company**
People2people have partnered with a global leader in the development, manufacturing and distribution of health and beauty products, and kitchen appliances.
They have been operating for over 20 years in Australia and have evolved based on a strong heritage of innovation in both the home use and professional appliance markets to become today the leading marketer of branded personal care and small appliances worldwide.
**Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
- Coordinate monthly sales forecast meetings with the aim of projecting stock requirements for Australia and New Zealand.
- Manage the forecasting process, including generating forecast files and collecting input from all National Account Managers.
- Measure forecasting performance by monitoring forecast accuracy and bias.
- Assist the Sales Director in preparing commitment sheets for upcoming promotional periods.
- Manage incoming shipments within the sales commitment sheet, ensuring that sufficient stock has been ordered for new or promotional models to meet our customer's firm commitments and provide immediate updates on shipment delays of committed SKU's.
- Monitor customer orders received daily to ensure volumes match original commitments and allocate/unblock stock accordingly for promotional SKUs.
- Block and release stock for critical models as needed.
- Assist sales and marketing teams with all new product orders.

**About you**:
- Experience with MS Office and advanced in Microsoft Excel
- Experience in Main Freight is highly regarded
- Hardworking, flexible, adaptable and the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with a well-developed focus on attention to detail
