Let’s talk about you- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role (Level 2 Helpdesk Officer)- Technically skilled with hands on IT knowledge.- Network troubleshooting (LAN/VPN).- Previous exposure supporting printers, desktops and laptops.- Knowledge across Microsoft stack, including but not limited to:
- Windows Servers-
- Microsoft Azure-
- Microsoft Intune-
- Active Directory-
- Virtual Servers-
- Exchange-
- Office Suite-
- Windows 10/11-
- Remote Desktop Services-
- Supporting different SAAS services as a portal administrator-
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.- A willingness for self-directed learning and learning from other team members.- Experience with Mac support is highly regarded.

How will you support our “Why?"

As our IT Officer, you will be involved in the following activities and outcomes:
- Providing first and second level local and remote IT support to all Aussie staff across the business.- Maintaining our internal IT infrastructure across multiple locations and states.- Ensuring all IT requests logged are actioned or escalated as appropriate in a timely and efficient manner.- Working with end-users in analysing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware/software and some basic network support issues.- Deployment of new desktop devices (Windows/Apple) and other hardware.- Following set IT security guidelines and practices; whilst working towards continuously improving existing processes.- Recording and updating of IT asset management register for all Internal IT devices.
