**The Role**:
As part of the national credit team, your main function will be managing collections in line with trading terms by developing excellent working relationships with both internal and external customers. The role involves opening new accounts, uploading invoices into customer portals in a timely and accurate manner, distributing claims for relevant actioning by management and ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner leading to prompt payment of accounts.

**This role is a full-time permanent role with hybrid working options including 3 days in the Clayton office and 2 Days Working From Home.**

**About You**:
To be considered for this role you will have the following:

- Previous experience in a Credit Controller or Accounts Receivable position.
- Demonstrated experience carrying out end-to-end credit functions including maintaining a debtors ledger.
- Excellent customer service skills with professional written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
